All students received a permission form from their homeroom teachers late last week. This forms are in regards to the Human Sexuality health module that will be taught next week during their physical education period. All students must return the bottom slip on the parent letter with parent signature and whether student is to attend human sexuality lessons or complete the alternate assignment during that time.

Extra forms are available at the office. Please return to homeroom teachers by Wednesday May 13th.
